1. Sponsor
The Feed the Fans World Cup Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Zo’s Good Burger LLC (“Sponsor”), with participating Zo’s Good Burger locations throughout the State of Michigan.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time on July 1st, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on July 17, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
The Grand Prize winner will be selected and announced on or about July 18, 2026, subject to eligibility verification.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the State of Michigan who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, franchise owners, immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling), and household members of Zo’s Good Burger LLC and participating Zo’s Good Burger locations are not eligible to enter or win.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. How to Enter
Automatic Entry Through Catering Purchase
During the Promotion Period, eligible catering purchases automatically receive entries as follows:
One (1) entry for every $100 spent on the pre-tax subtotal of a qualifying catering order.
Entries are calculated by rounding down to the nearest whole entry.
Examples:
$99.99 = 0 entries
$100.00 = 1 entry
$250.00 = 2 entries
$399.99 = 3 entries

In-store catering orders
No additional registration is required for qualifying catering purchases.
Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)
To enter without making a purchase, eligible participants may submit one (1) free entry during the Promotion Period by completing the official entry form available at: https://forms.zosgoodburger.com/r/dWgOOK
Limit one (1) free entry per person during the Promotion Period.
Duplicate entries, multiple submissions, entries submitted using multiple identities or email addresses, automated entries, bots, scripts, or any attempt to manipulate the entry process may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
5. Weekly Prize Drawings
Beginning during the Promotion Period, one (1) weekly winner will be randomly selected each weekend to receive:
$100 Zo’s Good Burger Catering Credit
Weekly winners remain eligible to win the Grand Prize.
A participant may win only one (1) weekly prize during the Promotion.
Weekly catering credits are redeemable digitally or in-store at participating Zo’s Good Burger locations.
6. Grand Prize
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive:
One (1) 65-inch Television
One (1) Soundbar Audio System
One (1) $300 Zo’s Good Burger Catering Credit
Specific brands, models, colors, and configurations are determined solely by the Sponsor based on availability.
No cash substitution will be provided except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
7. Winner Selection
Weekly winners and the Grand Prize winner will be selected in random drawings from all eligible entries received.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Potential winners will be notified using the contact information provided with their qualifying entry.
Potential winners must respond within five (5) business days of notification.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
8. Prize Pickup
The Grand Prize winner must pick up the prize at a Zo’s Good Burger location designated by the Sponsor.
Prizes will not be shipped or delivered.
The winner is responsible for arranging transportation of the prize after pickup.
9. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of any prize constitutes the winner’s permission for Zo’s Good Burger LLC and its designees to use the winner’s name, likeness, city of residence, photographs, voice, and statements for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or later developed without additional compensation or notice.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
Sponsor’s decisions regarding all aspects of the Promotion are final and binding.
11. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Zo’s Good Burger LLC, its franchisees, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected, or corrupted entries, technical failures, or other errors that may affect participation.
12. Privacy
Information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used solely for administering the Promotion and in accordance with Zo’s Good Burger’s Privacy Policy. Entrants may also choose to opt into receiving future marketing communications where permitted by law.
13. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance or use of any prize.
14. Governing Law
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from this Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts located within the State of Michigan.
